Reduction double room for single use ULIVO and VITIS: € 10.00 / night.
Supplement for 5th bed apartments GELSO BIANCO, GELSO NERO and ALLORO: € 20.00 / night.
Supplement for 6th bed in the ALLORO apartment: € 40.00 / night.
Arrival (Check-in): It will be possible to check-in from 16.00 (GMT + 1) to 22.00 (GMT + 1), unless otherwise agreed. We recommend that you communicate your arrival time well in advance, especially if it falls outside normal reception hours.
Departure (Check-out): The rooms must be vacated by 10.30 (GMT + 1).
Documents upon arrival: The customer must provide, by national provision, a document suitable to certify his identity, either an identity card or passport for all occupants, otherwise the operator must refuse hospitality (art.109 read PS as modified by article 7 point 2 of L.203 / 95). The manager will present, also to each incoming customer, a declaration form of the general information that they must complete and sign (P.S Law as modified by art.7 n.4 of L.203 / 95).
Tourist tax: The following tourist tax is applied to each guest
01.10 – 30.04 -> 0.45 € per person per night;
01.05 – 30.09 -> 0.90 € per person per night.
This amount is not included in the total price of the stay and can only be paid on the spot.
Pets allowed on request. May incur an additional charge.
Only small pets (max 10-11 kg) – such as dogs and cats – are allowed in limited numbers, i.e. maximum 2 animals per entire structure.
The animals must be in compliance with the sanitary vaccinations, for this reason we ask you to bring the health booklet for any checks.
Dogs must be regularly registered in the canine registry (art. 3 of the law n. 281/1991).
Animals are allowed only in a limited number of units which can be accessed by specific routes. During transit in these paths, dogs must be led on a leash and if necessary with a muzzle.
It is forbidden to introduce or circulate animals in common areas.
It is forbidden to leave animals unattended inside the assigned facility or unit.
The customer is required to immediately remove any excrement and / or dejection left by his / her animal in the areas of the facility and in the surrounding areas.
The customer is responsible for the behavior of the animal and therefore responds directly for any damage or injury to people, animals or things within the assigned unit, the accommodation facility as well as in the immediate vicinity of the same.
The customer undertakes to indemnify, indemnify and protect the accommodation facility or the staff connected to it, from any request for compensation, indemnity or reimbursement of damages, costs and expenses (including legal ones) connected to injuries or damages caused by the animal to the company.
At the end of the stay, a thorough inspection of the unit is carried out, in the event of damage or destruction of any equipment (furnishings, furnishings, objects, fabrics, etc.), the deposit of € 50.00 released to the structure upon delivery of the keys will be retained, and we reserve the right to request further compensation once the damage has been quantified.
– 0% penalty for cancellations up to 15 days before arrival.
– 50% penalty for cancellations within 5 days before arrival.
– 100% penalty for cancellations up to one day before the arrival date or for no-shows.
